The Pas Normal Studios team currently has 30 members, who are highly passionate about cycling, the brand, and the significant growth opportunity we face. The organization operates globally with own retail, wholesale, production and growing E-commerce, spanning 25+ markets across 6 continents, building international relations and developing a strong international presence. We thus focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

On this basis, we are strengthening the organization with several new hires. For a newly established position, we are now looking for an E-commerce Growth Manager.
The Position: E-commerce Growth Manager
Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will join a small team of action-oriented and passionate E-commerce colleagues at Pas Normal Studios, who has the responsibility for the Global E-commerce Strategy and Operations in the company.
In this position you will be fully dedicated to growing the e-Commerce topline and are thus a key part in continuing the sustainable growth trajectory of Pas Normal Studios.
Your responsibilities encompass developing and adjusting the E-commerce platform in accordance with the growth of the channel and the position thus requires close collaboration with especially the in-house IT and marketing departments.
Furthermore, you will master E-commerce analytics to analyse traffic and drive conversion rates as well as optimising the Customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Collaborate with Head of E-commerce to develop the Global E-commerce strategy.
Define and own initiatives to drive E-commerce top line growth including Conversion Ratio Optimization/CRO.
Lead data and analytics in E-commerce team and foster data-driven decision-making.
Provide recommendations based on test, data, and insights to ensure an outstanding online customer experience including A/B-testing etc.
Manage e-commerce and website operations incl. e-commerce deliveries, multilanguage versioning and new projects within the area.
Work closely with marketing teams to optimise content and set-up of local websites.
Contribute to monitoring consumer trends and activities in the market on an ongoing basis.
The ideal candidate is operating successfully in the E-commerce universe and passionate about driving online growth for one of the strongest and fastest growing brands in the cycling world.
We are thus looking for an outstanding candidate with a well assorted and updated toolbox and approximately five years of experience with driving successful E-commerce growth within D2C from similar business environment.
In addition, you are/have:
Solid experience with defining and managing initiatives to drive E-commerce top line growth D2C including CRO as well as optimising the Customer Experience across all digital touchpoints.
Solid experience with analysing traffic including an excellent understanding of E-commerce analytics and tools.
Experience with managing E-commerce and website operations including driving projects as e.g. coordination of language versioning.
Experience with internal cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English - other languages are a plus.
An educational background including minimum a bachelor’s degree in economics or similar.
A genuine interest in cycling will be an advantage.
