The Pas Normal Studios team currently consists of 35 members, who are highly passionate about the brand and the significant growth opportunity we face.

About the job

In this role, you will be end-to-end responsible for our supply chain and product development. As such, you will:

• Lead our Production and Design team consisting of 6 employees

• Ensure that the quality of our fabrics and fabric sourcing process remains top class

• Drive sustainability initiatives through our value chain - internally and externally

• Collaborate closely with our manufacturing partners throughout the development cycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products

• Co-develop and execute strategic projects within supply chain/production/design

• Work closely with the leadership team to manage and continuously improve our S&OP processes

An important part of your responsibilities will be the relationship with our manufacturers. Therefore, you should expect around 4-5 weeks of travel per year.

The job provides a unique experience manging the supply chain of an outdoor brand where top-quality and supply chain sustainability are key topics.

The role is based out of our new offices in Nordhavn, Copenhagen.

You will report to- and work closely with our Head of Strategy & Operations.

Who are you:

You thrive navigating the challenges of supply chains and product development. You are an inclusive leader who masters working collaboratively with suppliers, manufacturers, and colleagues, and you possess a strong understanding of production processes, with a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate fits the following criteria:

• +5 years experience leading teams within supply chain management - ideally in comparable sports apparel companies

• Understanding of fabrics and fabric sourcing

• Strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence

• Ability to drive sustainability and transparency through supply chain projects; both qualitatively and quantitatively

• A strategic mindset and understanding of the supply chain's role in creating competitive advantage

• Strong problem-solving drive/"can-do" attitude

In addition, you should be a skilled communicator and change agent with an open mind as you will be working with multiple stakeholders across the organization. You should thrive in a flexible scale-up environment with a high degree of 'learning-as-we-go'. An excellent command of English is a must.

Finally, you are a team player who enjoys supporting the Pas Normal organization to learn and develop. You possess a healthy dose of ambition to learn and develop, too.
