Pas Normal Studios is a brand of contemporary technical cycling apparel and casual clothing. Founded in 2015, we are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, where we are moving to a cool new location in Nordhavn above our new flagship store.
The concept of Pas Normal Studios is to create technically perfect cycling apparel combined with visionary aesthetics. Through innovative designs, brand collaborations and sourcing of new textiles and production methods, Pas Normal Studios strives to bring out collections that define modern cycling in a new context. We focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America.
You will be joining a fast-growing, internationally orientated company with a great atmosphere. Responsible for many of the core sales-oriented processes and operations. As a person, you actively take responsibility and enjoy working closely in a team. Furthermore, you thrive in an informal atmosphere and can see yourself contributing as an equal member of our young team.
Assist our sales team on daily tasks related to sales, operations, and sales processes, including but not limited to:
Assisting in daily tasks and requests from B2B clients as well as our global agents and distributors
Facilitating and analyzing pre-sale orders, and aligning data across departments
Providing monthly sales numbers to relevant stakeholders
Managing our B2B shop, ensuring products, stock, and related information is up to date
Work together with our Sales Managers to produce seasonal sales tools (training manuals, PR, etc.)
Assist with local activation tasks
Assist with general ad hoc tasks across the Sales organization
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
We are looking for a candidate, preferably in the last year of their bachelor’s or first year of their master’s degree, studying for a relevant degree in business administration, economics, or similar.
To be successful in the role and to contribute to the future success of Pas Normal Studios we believe you need the following skills & abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Displaying high attention to details and take responsibility for ensuring a quality end-product
Is an experienced Microsoft Office user, with strong proficiencies in Microsoft Excel
Is fluent in English
A passion for cycling
Copenhagen, Denmark – 10-20 hours per week depending on season with flexibility around vacations and exam periods.
